About Me

My name is John "J.D." Squire, and I am currently a fourth year medical student at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine. I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas.

As a soon-to-be doctor, I've mainly been interested in the field of radiology. A lot of my research work has involved applying machine learning methods in magentic resonance elastography techniques in the brain. I am mainly a self-taught coder with experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, Python, MATLAB, Arduino, and Microsoft PowerApps, with some experience in developing machine learning models. My current goal is to solve today's problems in medicine using the power of engineering and technology. By harnessing the tech of today and of the future, I believe we can improve the quality of life for everyone around the globe.

In my free time, I like producing music, DJing, photography, gaming, and entrepreneurship.
